I work as a regression therapist, shaman, and spiritual teacher with expertise in communication with spirit guides. I provide services and products to individuals and companies in the field of personal, spiritual, and business development (coaching, therapy, healing, online programs, workshops, courses, webinars, and seminars). I work both online and offline.

We are not responsible or liable for the consequences of incorrect information resulting from an unknown and/or concealed health aspect of the client. We are never liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence by third parties.
Liability for direct or indirect damage or (emotional) damage resulting from decisions made by the client is excluded. The client is at all times responsible for his/her own behavior, decisions taken, and the consequences (if any) thereof during the process and afterward.
Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the agreement.
WEBSITE IS NO PERSONAL ADVICE
The information made available through the website (including but not limited to information in blogs, online programs, meditations) cannot replace the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial, medical, psychological, therapeutic, or legal matters.

If you choose to work with Jolanda in any way, shape, or form, you always agree to the terms below.
Working with Jolanda is never a substitute for treatment by your physician. You should always respect the prescriptions of your physician if you have health problems. If you suffer from schizophrenia or use drugs, it is not recommended to try to communicate with the spirits. If that is the case, I encourage you to find help and treatment elsewhere.
We shall endeavor to perform the agreement to the best of our knowledge and ability. The agreement leads to an obligation of a best efforts basis and never to an obligation of result. This means that we do not guarantee the success and outcome of our services, nor the extent to which these services contribute to the goals set by the client.
You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and results in life. You agree to not hold us liable for your decisions, actions, or results, at any time, under any circumstance.
If it is necessary to execute the agreement, we have the right to have certain activities carried out by third parties. This will always take place in consultation with the client. We are never responsible for the quality of the services provided by third parties.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Conversations, sessions, and other contacts in any form between the client and us are strictly confidential. We respect the obligation of secrecy and will never make any announcements to other parties about the content and course of these contacts unless the client has given his explicit permission.
We always take care to impose this obligation on any third parties engaged by us in an assignment.
DURATION AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
The duration of the agreement is determined in advance and is stated in the agreement.
In the unlikely event of an emergency situation making it impossible for the client to attend, a suitable solution will be sought, either by scheduling another time or by a (partial) refund.
However, the payment obligation will continue to exist.
CANCELLATION
Jolanda Linders assumes that the client has made a conscious and well-considered choice before purchasing or making a reservation. Cancellation is therefore not possible, and there will be no refund.
Suppose the client is unexpectedly faced with an emergency making it impossible for him to attend. In that case, a suitable solution will be sought, either by scheduling another time or by a (partial) refund.
PRICING
Rates are specifically communicated (online, in writing, or verbally), and payment is made upon reservation of the service or purchase of the product, program, or service.
VAT is not applicable.
We reserve the right to cancel appointments and suspend obligations until payment has been made.
Offers for customized programs have a limited validity period (clearly stated) and do not automatically apply to other future agreements.
COMPLAINTS POLICY
Any complaints must be received by e-mail or in writing within 14 days.
Give as clear a description as possible of the complaint, so we can respond and, if the complaint is well-founded, resolve it. We will always try our utmost best to resolve the complaint within the possibilities of my services.
The amount of a claim will never exceed the invoice value of the agreement or program.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
We are entitled to suspend the agreed one-on-one consultations, workshops, group calls, group healings, webinars, or seminars if we are temporarily prevented from fulfilling our obligations. This includes circumstances beyond our control or which we were not aware of or could not have been aware of at the time of concluding the agreement, such as illness. If fulfillment becomes permanently impossible, the agreement may be dissolved in respect of that part that has not yet been fulfilled. Neither party shall, in that case, be entitled to compensation for damage suffered as a result of the dissolution.
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to exclude participants whose behavior disturbs or otherwise obstructs the normal course of the workshops, masterclasses, training, webinars, or seminars.
APPLICABLE LAW
Any agreement between the client and us is governed by French law, as the enterprise is located in France and is registered at the French Chambers of Commerce.
